What are the benefits of coaching with me?

By committing to a longer term working with me, you become invested in creating a different more positive outcome for yourself, so you can feel more aligned with your work /life/ relationships. You have access to me with ongoing support for questions and/or issues that arise throughout the process. A one off session definitely has many benefits and sometimes that can be enough to galvanise a client into making positive change, however if the behaviours are deep seated or have been in place for a longer period of time, regular sessions create a stronger emotional framework which means it is harder for you to ‘slip back into your old ways’.

I structure most longer term packages so there are more sessions close together at the start - these work by loosening the foundations that have created the beliefs and behaviours that are creating the repetitive negative patterns. This in turn allows new perspectives in to the mix, so you will find that you suddenly have different ways of reacting to same situations with more positive and calmer outcomes.

I provide an empathetic, encouraging and empowering environment where you can feel safe to share you fears, worries and stresses, knowing that in doing so, you have made a start for real change in your life. My intuitive nature can quickly get to the root of many issues which we can then release with Emotion Code techniques and simple perspective changes.

How long will fixing specific issues take?

I like to think that if you are coming to me with a certain issue or block, that our journey together will be short. My methods are so effective that you can expect to be off my couch or out of my zoom room in just a handful of sessions. To quote one of my lovely clients “I have been more honest and more open and had more benefit in two sessions with you than a year with my psychologist”.

If we are working on long time healing and support and a big change in lifestyle, career or business, we would work together over the space of several months and reassess often to make sure you have all the emotional and mental tools to keep the forward momentum.

For any and all session styles and packages, I HIGHLY recommend 2-3 ‘maintenance’ sessions a year to ensure you maintain forward positive momentum and to keep from slipping back into those old repetitive patterns that see you going nowhere.

For ongoing brainstorming, perspective and guidance along with general emotional and mental support through various shifts in your life, we can work out a solution to suit.

Single Sessions

Single sessions are a great way to try out my method of coaching and can be just what you need if you are feeling a bit flat, lost direction in life or just feeling you are in groundhog day. You can expect tangible mindset shifts after just one session and will feel lighter and refreshed with new perspectives and we can go through a list of actionable steps to resolve an issue or help you move forward if that is the type of session you are seeking.

PRICING

$175 for 60 min

We can cover quite lot in an hour in a session, usually including a number of specific emotional releases. These will be determined by how ready your physical, mental and emotion selves are to let go of feelings that are no longer serving you. A one hour session is good for a refresher session, a specific thought or issue that has been arising, or to help you prepare for an event that you might be feeling anxious about.

$250 for in depth sessions which are around 90 min

These In depth sessions are a deep dive into your work/life/relationships. We get to the bottom of stuck points, repetitive patterns, negative outlooks and bring fresh new energy and perspectives to your world. They can include a personal follow up from me a few days after the session to check in on how you are feeling, if needed. I find this is the best way to ensure you get the most out of a session and have access to a bit of gentle ‘hand holding’ to help you assimilate your positive changes over the following days.

If you are interested but not sure about the commitment or investment, this is the best way to start. You can use this time to work on a specific issue, or just help shift some thought patterns and deep set emotions that you no longer need to hold onto and that can be affecting how you approach your every day life.

Coaching Packages

By committing to this longer-term journey, you are setting the stage for deep, meaningful change that goes beyond surface-level adjustments.

What’s included:

  • 6 Face-to-Face Sessions: These in depth sessions are spaced closer together at the start of our journey to help you loosen the foundations of long-standing beliefs and behaviours, creating space for new, positive perspectives to emerge. We can frames sessions around new phases in your business, specific issues or projects. These will been video chat format or can arrange in person if you are based in Christchurch, NZ. Allow 90min for these sessions.

  • Messenger Support: You’ll have direct access to me for ongoing support whenever questions or challenges arise, ensuring you never feel alone in this process.

  • Weekly Check-ins: Regular, focused touch points will keep you on track and solidify the progress you’re making.

  • Accountability for Work-Ons: I’ll hold you accountable for action steps, helping you maintain your momentum and avoid slipping back into old habits.

  • Option to use sessions: For a family or team member to help cement relationship transitions.

One-off sessions can provide a spark of motivation, but if you’re dealing with deep-seated patterns, this longer-term package allows us to build a stronger emotional framework, making it easier to achieve sustained change.
